Extreme Route Introduction

The Extreme Route delivers a skinny body with minimal sculpting. This amazing vacation-like experience takes place outside and in mostly undisturbed nature. The never ending adventure and exploration helps off-set discomforts. Long-duration exercise, but in such a beautiful and child-like manner. Music encourages self-exploratory thoughts. An abundance of sleep. A different home every night.

Extreme Route Description

Our only program with purposeful exercise, but also our most rapid results. Get your body in the time some people spend on a long vacation. Your body finished in only three weeks. All-natural methods and ingredients. This program has the ability to deliver a very skinny body if desired. If you have little time, or want to get this over with as quickly as possible, this is an option to consider. This program is also a choice to consider for people who actually enjoy exercise.

Extreme Route Activities

A great option for nature lovers and outdoors-types. An enlightening experience in terms of bonding with nature, animals, the earth, and the stars. Activities are focused around the outdoors and around exercise. Activities are not intended to be strenuous, or to oxygen-deprive you causing panting. Expect to be exhausted throughout most of the program. Exercises are usually long-duration, and often involve the use of many muscles. Some danger exists in these activities and in the program itself. Activities are not limited to the below list.

Activity 1 - Long-duration swimming

Enjoy swimming how it was meant to take place, in nature! Swim along lake or ocean shorelines. Experience what it is life to be living free as an animal living life free and roaming about in nature. See what life is like from the perspective of an animal. Enjoy the pleasant natural tide and breeze.

Activity 2 - Listening to music

Stay in a transcendental state at most all times. All exercise will have music playing to ease the mental and physical burden. Keep your mind and thus body is a place removed at times from the current activity. At other times the music will enhance the experience in the present moment.

Activity 3 - Long-duration walking

Enjoy walking closer to the way our ancestors did, as a method of travel. Walking will usually be a way to get from one place to another. Engage in conversation while walking. Take in nature how it was meant to be, at a slow pace. This will allow you to enjoy the full beauty of your surroundings, and catch things others usually miss. Learn how to live in the moment.

Activity 4 - Stargazing

Connect on a deeper level with the universe. Take in the splendour of space. Enjoy the beauty that occurs every night, that most everyone on earth today is completely closed off. Sleep under the stars like humans have for thousands of years. Be a peace with the unknowns of the universe as you spend time peering into the unknown.

Activity 5 - Long-duration boat rowing

Move at a move exciting pace. Feel like a real traveler. Experience the times in our ancestors lives when they were on expeditions. Understand what it was like to be on a great journey. Use water as a way to actually get somewhere you want to be, and to accomplish a task relevant to the purpose of the travel.

Activity 6 - Time in nature

Nature the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Taken in with every bit of its full magnificence. With no where for you to be an nothing for you to do. You will be able to enjoy every bit of the experience and take in the full grandeur. While doing this, your mental state will not be burdened by thoughts that you should be somewhere getting something done. Nature with no time limit. True pleasure in nature like the Native Americans and various other cultures have had.

Activity 7 - Lots of sleep

Something you may already be missing from your life today. Plentiful sleep, more sleep for accelerated recovery. Enjoy this while it lasts, before you return to your life. A true vacation only perk for some people. Go to sleep when you feel like it, and wake when you feel rested.

Activity 8 - Cloud watching

Watch the original television. Step back into your roots. When humans were part of the earth, not just living on it. Lay down and relax. Spot cool formations that will never occur again. Help to be live in the moment. Learn to live without needing to always be overstimulated.

Activity 9 - Camping

A return to childhood like joy. The experience of discovery of nature that you likely had as a child. Be able to sleep under the stars at times. Open air for true refreshing breathing and better sleep. Your temporary home, what it misses in creature comforts, it gains in fun and excitement.
